Joanna is an Atlanta native! Before joining the ABC team, Joanna worked in the retail industry to where she gained skills in customer service and leadership. Throughout her experience she knew that wasn't enough for her. She wanted an opportunity that was challenging, had room for growth , and overall fun!

Today, Joanna plays a big role in our business she’s the Head of Recruiting and manages HR duties in the office, her main goal is to provide endless opportunities for her colleagues through compassion and bold determination. She aims to help each individual be fearless and develop to their fullest potential.

When Joanna is not at the office she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and being a pawrent to her lovely cat, Honey.
